Home page link: You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking on the Farlows logo which appears on the top left-hand side of the screen.

You can find the products you require by either using the Navigation bar or the Search box.

Navigation bar: The names on the navigation bar near the top of the screen directly under the Farlows logo are the "departments" of our online shop. Hovering over one of these names then provides you with a drop-down menu with further categories within that department. Clicking on one of these names will take you to a new page that contains all sections and products included within it.

Search box: The search box is always on the top right-hand side of the screen. You can search by product or brand name, key words such as the product type, or the product code if you know it.

Once you have found a product you would like to order click on Add to Basket. This item is now in your basket.  You can now either Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout.

Once you have proceeded to checkout this then takes you through to the Sign In or Register page.
Once you have done this you then get shown your order which you need to confirm and then this takes you through to the payment page where you input your payment details, filling out all the * mandatory fields.

Here you can add any special Delivery Notes or other comments relating to your order. Click the ’Place your Order’ button and add your card details. You will be sent a confirmation email with details of your order shortly after we've received it.

 

All orders are subject to the availability of stock. Occasionally we might have to cancel your order, due to an item being out of stock or discontinued. We will endeavor to offer you a replacement product if such an occasion arises. Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the contract will be made and your account will be charged.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will be charged for your backorders once they are ready to be sent out (no postage is charged on back orders)
