We’ve been giving our fishing, shooting and country enthusiast customers the edge since 1840. The products we produce and the way we produce them is dictated by the core values at the heart of our brand. These are unchanged from when Charles Farlow started the company back in 1840 - we still strive to provide the finest quality products, expert knowledge and friendly advice. Innovation has also been part of our brand DNA since day one (Charles Farlow had 14 patents to his name). It’s what drives us to continually create better products every year, with a relentless focus on improving garment performance. At Farlows, quality and value come as standard. Our Royal Warrant, originally granted in 1982 and renewed in 2013, 2019 and 2024, is a testament to this.
We’re also a proudly British brand. We purposely choose to ensure that, with the exception of our shirts from Turkey and loden from Austria, everything in our own range is made with British materials and handcrafted in Britain too.
Farlows believes that it has a responsibility for achieving the highest standards of environmental practice and for operating in a sustainable manner and it supports all appropriate initiatives to further these aims.
We are also proud to support 4 key charities in whatever ways we can to help the conservation of fish and rivers, to promote sustainable shooting and to encourage new audiences into the sports we love.

To promote the conservation of salmon through catch and release, in 2017 Farlows created a trophy to be awarded annually to the captor of the largest fly-caught salmon safely released in an English or Welsh river. The trophy is a specially commissioned stained glass panel of an Atlantic salmon, created especially for the competition by renowned stained glass artist Sophie D’Souza.
For AW24 we have lots of exciting newness for the Farlows collection. Our new Donegal Raglan coat is a true heirloom piece, and we have an exciting new shooting vest addition with the Berwick Nehru.
The country store in the heart of London, Farlows has supplied the requirements of anglers, shooters and country enthusiasts since 1840.
Now in their 180th year Farlows still espouse the heritage and tradition of their founder, Charles Farlow and their Royal Warrant, originally granted in 1982 and renewed in 2013, is a testament to this. Farlows successfully combines cutting-edge technology with traditional methods and service, with the emphasis being ‘made in Britain.’
