The Farlows E-Voucher is the ideal gift for the outdoor person in your life that has everything.
E-Vouchers can be redeemed online only & cannot be used in-store. Valid for 12 months (365 days) from date issued.
To purchase an E-Voucher please do the following:
- 1. Select the voucher amount from the drop down
- 2. Enter your name and your email address (sender's name and email)
- 3. Enter recipient's name and email address
(IMPORTANT: if you wish to deliver the voucher personally, then you must enter your own details in these fields so that you are emailed the e-voucher) - 4. Enter your personalised messages for the recipient
- 5. Enter the quantity you would like to purchase
- 6. Add the voucher to your basket and checkout
Once your order has been invoiced you will receive a confirmation email and your recipient will be emailed the e-voucher along with your personal message.
Please note: E-Vouchers are non-refundable and are only generated during office hours.

When purchasing from Farlows from outside of the UK, you will not pay UK VAT. Therefore it is the customers responsibility to check and settle their own customs charges when goods arrive. If you are purchasing from a non-UK country and you choose to not accept a delivery because of the additional importation costs levied by the authorities in your country then we reserve the right to deduct any shipping or postage costs incurred by us from the refund to you.
Returns and Exchanges
Unused or unwanted purchases can be returned for refund within 28 days of receipt.
