Founded in Denmark in 1977 by a passionate fly angler and hunter, the Company first began by producing premium quality handmade fly-fishing rods and a small collection of clothing. All products were designed and manufactured at their in-house facility in Denmark.
Laksen Sporting was granted the first European license to manufacture clothing with waterproof Gore-Tex technology and it grew quickly and in 1999 they introduced the first lightweight, waterproof and breathable pure wool tweed products.
Today Laksen Sporting specialises in the production of premium products for shooting and hunting with more than 400 products in their range. Their goal is simple - to provide high-quality, high-performance clothing and accessories designed so you can enjoy a great day in the field, no matter what the weather throws at you.
