The new Airflo Control-a-Drogue is an all-in-one solution to any angler looking to slow their drift whilst fishing from a boat.
Made to international competition specifications, the Control-a-Drogue can considerably slow down your drift in anything from a light breeze to a howling gale. Slowing the drift speed of your boat allows anglers to spend more time in the feeding zone and present their flies with much more control, often leading to more takes and more fish in the net!
Each rope is 15ft long, comprising a rot-proof 5mm paracord and finished with a rope tensioner on each arm that allows you to lengthen or shorten each side to help direct the drift of the boat. Simply slide the tensioner up or down the rope to increase or decrease the size of the loop. This two-rope drogue construction easily collapses behind the boat when motoring, and can be quickly retrieved into the boat.
The Control-a-Drogue also comes with 2x 3 inch steel ‘G’ clamps that can be easily fitted to the gunwale of the boat, allowing you to find the best position for your drogue.
