Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our website, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Once you have completed your selection, click on "order". Here you will be asked for a few details that we need to confirm the order. All orders are subject to the availability of stock. Occasionally we might have to cancel your order, due to an item being out of stock or discontinued. We will endeavor to offer you a replacement product if such an occasion arises.
Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the contract will be made and your account will be charged.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or post.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 6-7 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will be charged for your backorders once they are ready to be sent out (no postage is charged on back orders).
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
