Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly exchange or refund your unused purchase if you return it within 28 days of receipt.
Unused or defective merchandise may be returned to Farlows Warehouse at any time, with a receipt, within 28 days from the date of purchase.
All returned items must be returned in a brand new condition with all packaging and labels attached.
If you wish to exchange a product, a further postal charge may apply.

- Copy of your invoice
- Your full name and address
- Your day time telephone number
Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only refund the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
