What a reel! A smooth well running and perfected bit of kit! The drag is flawless and overall a well-presented and eye-catching reel. With next to no weight at all it will feel perfect on any rod with the correct rod WT match. From wide fast fast-flowing rivers, large trout in still waters, or playing big carp, this reel will not let you down. Highly recommend this reel. Tom at Farlows really knows his stuff when it comes to hardy gear, he made the right suggestions when I needed help and also spooled my new reel with new backing and my fly line. Really felt welcome and comfortable in the store. Highly recommend a visit too.
