Redesigned for AW24, this Farlows tweed shooting vest is both hardwearing and practical. It’s a very stylish solution for early season shoot days when a coat is not required, or even as a warm layer to wear under a fieldcoat in the colder months. Made with high quality tweed, the pattern and colours are unique to Farlows. It also uses Alcantara, a man-made suede, on the shoulder patches, as tipping on pocket entry and for lining the Nehru collar.
Our Green Herringbone tweed is our core sporting tweed that we have produced for some time. At 500 g/m it’s a very understated, minimalist but luxurious tweed woven on a medium set herringbone. It’s the perfect all-rounder!
New for AW24 is the Orange Shepherds Check tweed. Weighing in at 545 g/m, this is a high twist sporting lambswool tweed designed to be robust yet lightweight. Made using worsted woollen yarns renowned for their durability, it’s a mixture of sandy browns and greens with a red and orange overcheck, complemented by the striking chilli Alcantara trim.
High twist tweed, milled by Lovat Mill in Hawick, Scotland, sent to finishers and washed in waters from the Tweed, then coated in a fine layer of Teflon coating for further water repellency
Fabric then sent to Northamptonshire, England, to our master coatmakers, with over 40 years' experience. Marked, cut, sewn by hand.
