Please be aware that due to ongoing strike action causing delays with our carriers, orders are taking longer than normal to be delivered. Please can we ask customers to remain patient and accept our apologies but this is out of our control.

Our last order date for pre-Christmas delivery is by 3pm on Tuesday 20th December, selecting our next day service.

Small Parcels: e.g. flies, tippets, fly tying materials, small accessories, small clothing items.
£2.75 for orders under £40 - approx 1-3 working day service - delivered by Royal Mail First Class Post.

Medium Parcels: e.g. reels, lines, fly boxes, vices, larger clothing items.
£3.75 for orders under £40 - approx 1-3 working day service - delivered by Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, no signature required.

Large/Heavy Parcels: e.g. rods, waders, large bags, nets, large accessories, high value clothing and footwear.
£6.75 for orders under £40 - approx 48hr working day service - delivered by DPD, signature required or options available.

Next Day Delivery Service Upgrade (order before 3pm Mon-Thurs) £8.99 (Orders before 3pm on a Friday, delivery will be the following Monday)

International customers will be pleased to know that we can arrange delivery of your purchases worldwide with reasonably low prices and high reliability. We will only charge you the best rates available to us - these are checked against different providers regularly to ensure the best rate available.

We use a variety of couriers to ship non-UK orders, you will be advised in your order dispatch confirmation of the courier and tracking information. You can track Royal Mail shipments here, DPD shipments here and UPS shipments here.

• There is no delivery on Sunday or bank holidays.
• We charge you for your order when we dispatch your goods. 
• We do not charge you for any item until it is ready to ship.
• If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will only be charged when you back order is shipped. Out-of-stock items are indicated on the product pages when making your selection.
• We are unable to ship any items containing gas canisters to any overseas destinations.
• When purchasing from Farlows from outside the UK you will not be charged UK VAT. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and settle their own customs and importation charges when goods arrive in their country.
