Farlows Shooting Open Day - 27th August 2015 10am to 7pm

Join us in-store on 27th August to celebrate the start of the new shooting season in style!

Whether you are a shooting novice, an improver, an experienced gun, or are thinking of taking up the sport for the first time this is the ideal opportunity to meet likeminded people, to ask questions, pick up tips, discover new sporting opportunities and explore our exciting ranges of shooting accessories and country clothing from brands such as Schoffel, Laksen and Dubarry.

Outside Days

Joining our shooting and country clothing team of Brian Newman, gamekeeper turned in-store shooting assistant Will Hogan and Pete Hill is Farlows’ shooting ambassador Howard Day of the ‘Outside Days’ sporting agency, who will be giving talks and slideshows throughout the day and passing on his wealth of shooting experience both as a qualified instructor and from both sides of the beating line. We will also have an accomplished gunsmith in-store throughout the day to answer any queries and to offer help and advice.

TustingAlso in-store will be William Tusting, head of the family firm ‘Tusting’. Based in the heart of the English countryside, Tusting have been tanning, grading and trading the world’s finest leathers for over 130 years and they will be offering a chance to win one of their premium Fullgrain Aztec Crazyhorse leather Medium Explorer holdalls – a special limited edition of just ten pieces these are worth £610!
